Memories, experiences, successes, failures, books on shelves, files in cabinets, resources here, there and everywhere.

I have roughly 50+ years of “stuff” at my disposal and recall.  I have done hundreds of consults helping people and their organizations figure things out and become more effective.  I could spend the rest of my life creating resources, writing books, and developing seminars based on what I think you might need or want to hear.  But that is not what I am supposed to do.  

To be direct – I am supposed to do what you need.  

Yeah, you!  The new missionary who is struggling with issues they didn’t cover in school or orientation.  The mission leader who is disappointed to find resources that are reasonable fits for their organization but could be so much better. The membercare worker who needs a simple strategic encouragement strategy their missionary could start doing today.  The pastor who says – I am not a therapist and I don’t know what to say.  The dad who doesn’t think he can answer his child’s questions about sticky cultural and biblical issues.  

I am developing my learning portal with you in mind.  I have a number of things I am already putting up there.  But, I want to work for you!  I want to hear what is falling through the cracks, and develop strategies, resources, and learning situations for you and your people.  Specifically designed for your situation.  If you need it, I know others need it, and you can help guide me to stay on the best path to help the most people.

Here is where it gets tricky.  Someone with my experience could monetize that and charge a significant fee.  At this point, my fee is zero, nada, nuttin.  All I ask is that if you find what I do is useful for you, that you consider supporting my missionary account, one-time, regular, whatever.  I am not here for wealth and fame.  I’m just a quiet thinker coming around offering to fix a hole in your training bucket so that you can draw more water…  Write to me and let me know how I can help you.  Or, become one of my advisors helping me prioritize my training projects.  Talk to you soon!
